Donation Refund Policy

Thank you for your generouscontribution to support charitable projects and initiatives throughout Jamaica.Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

Recurring pledges may becancelled at any time. If you choose to stop your recurring donation, pleasecontact the foundation directly before the next billing cycle.

As a charitable organization,we rely on donations to support our mission and programs. Donations aregenerally considered non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered if:

• An error was made in the donation amount,
• A duplicate transaction occurred, or
• The donation was made fraudulently.

Refund requests must besubmitted within 30 days of the donation date by contacting the organizationdirectly.

Recurring donors may cancelfuture donations at any time by notifying the organization or managing theirgiving preferences through the donation platform.

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

All sponsorship commitments areconsidered final once a sponsorship agreement has been executed.

If a sponsor cancels:

• More than 60 days before the event: 75% refund
• 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before the event: no refund

Any promotional materialsalready produced or committed advertising expenses may be deducted from anyrefund issued.

Should the organization cancelthe event, sponsors may choose:

• A full refund,
• Transfer of sponsorship to a rescheduled date,or
• Reallocation of sponsorship support towardorganizational programming.

Event Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 14 days or more beforethe event will receive a full refund, less any processing fees.
• Cancellations received 7–13 days before theevent will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of theevent are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, your registrationfee may:
• Be converted into a tax-deductible donation(where permitted by law), or
• Be transferred to another attendee with priorapproval.

The organization reserves theright to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, safety concerns,insufficient registration, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases,registrants will be offered:

• A full refund,
• Event credit, or
• The option to donate their registration fee tosupport the organization's mission.
